i began painting this painting thinking of iggy yup me when i was a kid! , that burning desire to be somebody with big dreams, I call him the young art revolutionary! why? because when we are young we believe we can make anything happen. and why the red star? well red means alot to me and its significance is attached to revolutionaries of the past but those revolutionaries all fought with weapons and not so good intention/ my revolution is artistic, dream, ideas and self expression and long live the ARTREVOLUTION

cuando me puse a pintar esta obra pense en mi manera de pensar cuando yo era pequeno, siempre e querido ser una estrella y lograr mis suenos. por eso uso tanto el color rojo hay que tener pasion para lograr los suenos y luchar como un revolucionary pero mis armas no son destructivas, con malas intenciones como los revolucionarios del pasado , mis armas son, los suenos , la creatividad, el arte, ideas y la expresion individual . por eso hay que crear en los artistas y que viva la ARTREVOLUTION
